Family Practice Physician – Melissa Memorial Hospital (Holyoke, CO)
Full-Time | 4–5 Days/Week | ER Coverage Included | Up to $250K Salary + Benefits

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday during clinic hours, flexible admin day
Every third week on-call, ED oversight
Clinical Details:
- Patients/Day: 15–20
- EMR: Athena
- Support Staff: One dedicated MA; nurse system and hospital support staff
- No Procedures
- Dragon dictation
- Care Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, Swing Bed, Emergency Department
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
- Board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure.
- BLS and ACLS.
- Current DEA.
- Must have a clean background and drug screen.
- Spanish speaking is a plus
