Our Team & Your Role
Be part of a dynamic, collaborative team of 5 neurointensivists and 10 Advanced Practitioners. You will work in our 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU)—set to expand to 12 beds this year—managing adult patients with complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical exams.
- Develop and execute diagnostic and treatment plans in collaboration with neurointensivists.
- Interpret lab work, imaging, and advanced physiological data.
- Perform essential procedures, including arterial and central line placement.
- Provide empathetic communication and education to patients and their families.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate NP or PA who thrives in a semi-autonomous environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in neurocritical care or critical care is a plus, but not required.
- Qualities: A strong teammate with a passion for teaching, quality improvement, and delivering outstanding patient care.

Pay Range:
$133,120.00 USD – $215,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
